Re: Delete single Full Backup
Hey,
You can manually delete this single VBK as it doesn't have any increments, then you can remove it in the UI as Missing Restore Point. Thanks!

Re: Delete single Full Backup
Hi,
thanks for the fast and helpful reply! So every Full which is followed by another Full without Incrementals in between I can safely delete (besides losing the deleted Full of course...), correct?
Thanks again
Cheers

That's correct, in case it's common forward incremental backup chain.

Re: Delete single Full Backup
I deleted the single VBK file now and waited some days but it is still not shown as Missing Restore Point and therefore I cannot delete it. Do I have to do anything else? As mentioned before this is a Cloud Backup (Repository).

Re: Delete single Full Backup
Sorry for still bothering. I did a rescan of the backup repositories as suggested. The properties of the repository show the correct storage usage but under backups the deleted full is still shown no matter what. Anything else I can try?
EDIT: And it's not shown as Missing Restore Point that could be deleted:

Re: Delete single Full Backup
Hey,
I've discussed the issue with the QA team and they said it can be fixed in a few minutes.
Kindly, asking you to contact the support team and let them fix it.
I don't want to share the fix here, just to avoid any additional issues, since it requires to work with several files. Thanks!
