Deploy backup server in a remote location

We have a client who runs Veeam Backup and Replication on site which backs up VMs running on Hyper-V hosts. We need to redeploy the backup server in a remote location where it has a s2s VPN to client location. Everything else stays the same. Is this something that can be done? If it can be done, how can we do it?
