Hi.
We are running a Hyper-V cluster with several Windows and Linux VM. Do we need to install agents on the Linux VM? Everything seems to work, but sometimes we get a warning "Unable to perform indexing due to an unknown guest OS type".
Regards
Thomas

Re: Do we have to install agents on Linux VM?
Hi Thomas,
Do you have Hyper-V integration services configured on all VMs with the indexing option enabled? Additionally, make sure your Linux VMs have the following tools installed: openssh, mlocate, gzip and tar.
Should help!
