Hello, I have many virtual machines that all run from differencing disks, tied to a few parent disk images. When I try to back up these VMs, I get "Error: VHD extents can not be in different folders." Is this expected behavior? Is there any way I can work around this?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Error with differencing disks
Hi Scott,
I'm now aware about issues around differencing disks that might cause this behavior. Have you had a chance to open a support ticket with our technical team?
Thanks!

I have not, I figured I'd post here first to see if this was something quick and easy. I'll go ahead and open a support ticket.Vitaliy S. wrote:Hi Scott,
