So I've got a NEW installation of VEEAM, latest version, this was not an upgrade. Backup of the exchange server is completing successfully and yet the logs are not being truncated. I've got the settings confirmed in the job to truncate the logs, verified with support. They just cant seem to figure things out so far.
Any reason the job would complete successfully but not truncate the logs?

Hi Adam,
This is going to be difficult to troubleshoot.
First: Can you post the case ID?
Second, there are a few things you can do:
Run vssadmin list writers and see if the exchange writer is present and not in fault
Check the event log (exchange section) for errors
Are you using normal logs or rotating?
Are you using a DAG?
