Support case 05703721 (not really, that's a different issue, but can't create a case without an installation of vbr, so...)
I'm installing veeam backup and replication 11a to a windows 2019 server. It fails when attempting to create the database.
Failed to create database VeeamBackup. Create failed for database 'VeeamBackup'.
The first time around I use the recommended local system account. The next time I use my domain admin account, with no improvement.

Hi Daystrom
You can create support cases without a vbr installed.
Please try again. You can see your license id in the license file.
In case you are using the community edition, you don‘t have to provide a license id.
