I have an issue to backup VMs , all the VMs failed and show error
Error: The call to the cluster resource DLL timed out.

What could be the root cause or that??

Hi Omar,

Could you please double check that the support case ID is correct because I cannot find the case in our ticket tracking system. Anyway, the best way to find the root cause is to continue to work with our support team. We cannot troubleshoot technical issues over forum posts and the one above does not look like a widely known problem.
