I created a task FILE COPY in my lab.
I have met several times and launched the task throughout the morning and see that copies all source files.
You should copy those not in DESTINATION ?

Correct. If destination filename matches source filename then file copy job will overwrite the destination file.You should copy those not in DESTINATION ?

Ops ....
If run as if it would Robocopy utility always makes FULL but if I see more of a hindrance than a benefit .
