File restore of ubuntu VM in hyper-v not working

I can backup an ubuntu 15.04 VM that is running in hyper-v on a windows server 2012r2 fine.
If I want to restore individual files into that VM, I get the error that the "hyper-v integration services is not installed on that VM".
After reading in google, I found, that the hyper-v integration services are already built in in ubuntu.
What is going wrong here? Any idea?

Can you double check whether the required prerequisites are met? For instance, SSH daemon is rightly configured and SCP utility available on the VM.

If everything looks good, kindly, open a ticket with our support team and let them investigate it directly.
