Full storage not found

Hi all,

On veeam B&R 9.5.0.823 for Hyper-V there are 2 jobs : 1 backup (6VM on 1 host) and 1 backup copy (3VM) to a cloud provider (i'm also the administrator)

The problem appears for the 3rd time.
Approximately after 15 days, the backup stop working and the logs show this message :

Job started at 06/03/2018 14:11:21 
Continuing current copy interval 
Building VMs list 0:00:02
Error: Full storage not found 
Job finished with error at 06/03/2018 14:13:27  
The only solution I found is to create a new backup copy job on a local repository (NAS) and then move the NAS on the Cloud Provider Infrastructure...

You mean you're providing Cloud Connect resources to yourself? If so, what version of cloud connect are you using? 9.5.0.823 as well?

No, we do outsourcing for this tenant, and we're also cloud connect provider.
The version in the VCP environment is 9.5.0.1536

I've seen similar issue back in Update 1 days, but as far as I remember Update 2 being installed at Service Provider's end should fix the problem.

Anyway, kindly, keep working with our support team. Most likely, they will ask to update tenant's installation to the latest product build first.

We installed update 3 on tenant side and the job is successful again.
