Hello,
How many threads or multiple backup/copy instances per Agent does Veeam run in Hyper-v environment in (CSV)?
Meaning can I tell the agent to copy on separate "instances"/"threads" different .vhdx files at the same time?
We have Veeam Trial and are running 1x4GBe (SMB Multichannel + RSS) internet-facing connection to backup site, but we get ~200-300Mbit/s per each link.
If we manually start 2-3 separate file copy operations then 4x links are fully saturated from same to same destination.
CSV is SSD SAS3 RAID10 reaching 2GB/s easy locally.

Re: Hyper-V backup agent speed
Hi Edo,
Please review this page on our help center to get more details regarding concurrent tasks. One task slot is used to process one disk, for example 2 disks will be processed simultaneously if the number of concurrent tasks is set to 2. I think you should adjust number of concurrent tasks according to available resources on Hyper-V host/off-host proxy and backup repository.
Thanks!
