Hi ,
I am trying to test Veam in a site. I need to replicate 4 VM's coming to about 900gb and I need to replicate these to a backup server across the WAN to a remote site. I have seen found an article on line that has screen shots showing how to do this with ESX but I have tried to set this up for Hyper V but do n ot see the tabs.
Has anybody any experience with this ? I am new to Veeam so do not have the basics and I am also trying to find info online but it mainly refers to ESX.
Help very mach appreciated..Thanks in advance for any help.
Joe

Re: Hyper v Veeam initial replication to removable storage
Joe, have you considered the VBR user guide for Hyper-V environments available under Resources tab on the product page on our site? There is a step-by-step instruction on creating the replication job on the page 85. The settings are a bit different from those for ESX, that's why, I suppose, you do not see the same tabs for Hyper-V job.
Hope this helps - if you have any questions, you are welcome.
