On-host to StoreOnce

Please help.
If i will use Hyper-V on-host backup method over SAN, should i create zone from hyper-v host to StoreOnce?

That's only necessary if the on-host proxy is also the gateway. You could always have a separate physical box act as the gateway, and then that box is what needs to be zoned to the SO.

Also note that if possible it's recommended to communicate to a SO over the network and not over FC.
