Pause backup job during duty time

Hello everyone ,
I am looking to have a full backup job that has to be done with in 2-3 days every week, my concern only about the performance of the life server during duty time.
so is there any way to pause the backup job and continue after a scheduled time?

Unfortunately it is not possible. Have you considered performing a synthetic full?
