When large SQL logbackups is generated (45-50GB .BAK files) logshipping over PS-Direct is failing, causing job to restart en trying to drop yet another file down to the Hyper-V hosy
Any way to make the PS-Direct process speed up?

Re: Periodic SQL log backup over Powershell Direct fails
Hi Einar,
It's difficult to suggest something to optimize performance without clear understanding what is the cause of job restart. May I ask you to open a support case and ask our engineers to troubleshoot the issue? Please paste a case ID over here so that we can keep an eye on it.
Thanks!

Re: Periodic SQL log backup over Powershell Direct fails
Hi Einar,
I guess there is no binary answer like "Yes" or "No" to your question as different processing rates are expected in different environments depending on hardware and specific deployment. You may try to copy a large file from this server to the repository to compare speed, an example can be found in this article. However, I recommend to leave troubleshooting and technical conclusions to our support team.
Thanks!
