Hi Everyone,
So, I installed Veeam and added our Hyper-V server I notice that when Veeam is showing the size of the VM inside our hyper V it's very different For example one of our VM is just around 30TB but the used is around 20 the used part is almost the same but the data shown by provisioned size is way bigger, It's showing 70.4 TB.
Can anyone explain this.
Thank you.

Re: provisioned size if far more than the actual disk
Hi Richard
I also see differences between the reported used disk space in my hypervisor and Veeam, but they are only a few MB or GB.
You have a VM configured with 30TB virtual disks? And they show in Veeam as 70.4TB provisioned disk size?
Maybe you can provide a few screenshots with the VM configuration and what you can see in Veeam?
Can you also please check if there are open checkpoints for this VM?
Thanks,
Fabian

Hi Fabian,
Sorry for the late response, But I Think we have issue with our VM during this time and it's not Veaam issue.
Thank you.
