Hi,
Need your help.
when i want to retore my VM (Hyper -V) using restore entire VM , i have error message "SRV-HyperV" Failed to connect to installer service
Access is denied . Failed to discover installer service
RPC client is not a memeber of built-in admin group-- tr Error code 0x80070005 Failed to check whether remote installer service is available
i used google+veeam forum but i dont found anything about this issue.
i have 10 VM and the issus is the same for all my VM .

Please post your Support ticket ID as it is mandatory when you post a technical issue.

Hi ,
I tried to create a case, however i'm not the administrator of the licence and my collegue administrator is on vacation.
when i conneted on my.veeam.com. with my account i have message "You don't have an active evaluation license for this product."
let me know how i can create a case.
