Restore question?

Hello,

I wanted to do some restore testing and was wondering - if a VM data is deleted and the configuration in Hyper-V manager is also deleted, will a full VM restore re-register the VM into the Hyper-V manager so that you don't have to recreate the profile after the VHD files are restored?

Yes, full VM restore performs restore of all VM files (including configuration) and registers VM in virtual infrastructure.
