Hi,

How can I disable the annoying email sent from SOBR auto (every 24 Hours) status checking...?!

Hi,

This is a new feature introduced with the latest U4 release. As of now, to disable these SOBR notifications using UI you have to disable all the notifications globally. Another option is to obtain a registry key from our support team to disable SOBR notifications specifically. We'll add more logic to the SOBR email sending mechanisms in future versions.

I did "disable all the notifications globally"! But, still sending email every 24 Hours!!

I opened a case [ID# 03383422] for the registry key!

I hope this registry key is made public rather than forcing everyone to open a ticket, that would surely save some time for everyone.

Hi Rob,

We are planning some changes to the SOBR notifications logic in the next versions, you'll have more control over it right in the B&R UI. As of now, we do not want the users to disable this functionality completely, while also would like to keep the number of users having the reg. key change applied - that's why the key is still only obtainable by request.
