Server reboot when install Veeam 9.5 Update 4a

I am install Veeam on VM Guest which OS is Windows 2016.

When I install procedure during SQL Express 2016 than server is reboot.

I recreate a VM bring the same result.

I need install SQL Server first?

SQL Server Express is a part of Veeam B&R package and is installed automatically. The details are here in the Installation Guide. What exactly concerns you? Please share as many details as possible.

I have resolve my problem myself.

When use prepare windows 2016 that select local language do not use English that will become some word display garbled.
