Hello,
When I run a backup of a VM (W2K19) hosting an Oracle DB, the step "subscribing to guest processing components" lasts around 8mn, so it kind of freezes the database that becomes unresponsive...
Any idea why this step can last so long ?

Based on the existing topics with the same text message, it looks like the issue relates to VSS writers. Why it takes so long in your case is hard to say without reviewing the debug logs with our support team.
