SureBackup HeartBeat and Ping Failure

Hello! I have two questions that are bugging me. The first is about linking SureBackup jobs to Backup jobs. I'll link a job but once I remove a VM from the backup job, SureBackup never seems to forget. I have to delete the backup job and recreate it. Any idea? The second issue I can't seem to find online is requirements for a successful heartbeat. I have three VMs that work fine but always fail their heartbeat tests. They are older and obscure OSs (FreeBSD, Server 2008) so I assume that's it but I don't want to be guess-and-check-ing compatibility. Thanks in advance!

Regarding heartbeat: you need Hyper-V Guest Integration services enabled. They're available in some Linux distros but I'm not sure about FreeBSD. Regarding Windows, it should be there in at least 2008 SP2.

Regarding the link. That doesn't seem like normal behavior. What version are you running? Update 4?

Sorry for the delay. I wanted to cover my bases. All of the Vms having issues are running supported OSes and, yes, I am running U4.
