Upgrade Path ?

Hi, i have a customer using Veeam B&R for Hyper-V 6.5. What the upgrade path to V.9 ?

Your customer should first upgrade to version 7 or 8, and then run version 9 installation wizard to complete the upgrade. To obtain previous versions of Veeam B&R, please follow this link > Previous versions of Veeam Backup & Replication

So you can go from 6.5 -> 7 then 7-9 ? I remember i've seen a document before with different upgrade path, but that's was when 6 or 7 version was the latest. Is there a such document somewhere? I know that some patch levels was important before upgrade.

You can from 6.5 to 7 Patch#4 -> 9. As to the document, check Release Notes. Thanks.

Also please check that this customer is on active maintenance contract, this will allow him to get all required license keys during installation/upgrade.
