Last night we had a case where multiple VM's across a couple of jobs tried to create a snapshot using multiple providers.
We did change the providers (from MS Shadow Copy to Nimble VSS) for Volume21 across all cluster nodes while the job was running. Important to note, although this was done while the job was running, the VM's that attempted to backup with multiple providers did not start backing up until ~30 mins after i had changed the volume providers.
Is this just a result of changing the providers while a job is running?
