Veeam Freezes Server 2012

So I have ran into an issue with one company. I have a hyper-v host with 2 Domain controllers
Since we ran out of room to create one more management guest machine to install veeam on I installed it on BDC. It worked fine for couple of days and then one morning it was frozen during the backup. There was only one backup job configured and it was only backing up the PDC not the BDC (where veeam was installed)
After doing some research and freezes, I moved it to Hyper-V host machine
it worked fine few days longer than it had on BDC but it has locked up this server this morning.
I can not remote in or log directly into the server.
Any ideas why is this happening
Veeam version I am using is 6.5
Hyper-v host server 2012
PDC is SBS 2011
BDC is 2012 as well

Have you contacted support already? Logs investigation is definitely required here, hard to guess the reason of such behavior from what you have described (and seems we did not have similar reports so far).
