Veeam HyperV References

Hello everyone,
We have been using a full trial-version of Veeam Backup & Replication.
We are very happy with the product so far and their support has been very responsive for any issues we have run into.
I was curious if there is anyone out there using Veeam B&R in a production environment and if they wouldn't mind spending a couple minutes on the phone with us to share their experience.
We are basically looking to verify our experiences and possibly learn some best practices.
