Veeam Replication from HyperV 2012 R2 to HyperV2016

Hi Guys,

I have a scenario whereby, I have just updated my Windows Server 2012 R2 Host and my SCVMM server to Windows Server 2016 and SCVMM 2016 respectively.

Also upgraded my SCVMM console from 2012 to 2016 on veeam server so that I can add SCVMM server into my backup infrastructure.

However, I have not tested replication from my Production Servers to DR Server, my DR servers are currently still running on Windows Server 2012 R2. Would my VM's residing on WS2016 Servers be able to replicate to WS2012 R2 Servers? Is this a supported scenario ?

Need kind clarification on this

Correct, you can replicate and failover to target host running higher version of Hyper-V. Thanks.
