VM with more 16 disks and exclusion
Hello.
In the Disk Exclusion we can only select the Disk up to 15( like 0:15). In case of VMs with more Than 15 disks in the same controller ( like 0:16 ...17 ), How can i select thes disks?

Re: VM with more 16 disks and exclusion
Hello Diogo,
Unfortunately that's a known issue and disk exclusions are currently limited to 15. I've added you vote to this improvement request but cannot provide you with any ETA on the fix availability. Cheers!

Is the same limitation on VMWare where there is a limit of 16 disks per paravirtualized controller but a new controller is automatically created when a 17th disk is added?

Not! The Hyper-V up Support up to 04 controller with 64 disks each one but the Veeam only Support the exclusion of the 0-15. In my case the solution was place the extra disks to a new controller.

Correct, this limitation is valid only for Hyper-V.

Re: VM with more 16 disks and exclusion
This was addressed in Update 4. And the work that was done to fix it for VMware will simplify fixing the same for Hyper-V, and we do have this issue tracked in extra requirements for the next release.evilaedmin wrote: ↑Jan 29, 2019 2:36 pm Is the same limitation on VMWare where there is a limit of 16 disks per paravirtualized controller but a new controller is automatically created when a 17th disk is added?
