VM won't power up

During setting up a SureBackUp--Job I couldn't get a certain VM to power on. It's a 2016 RDP session host. Won't work solo or w/a DC. Other VMs from the same backup job it's based on will power on.

What the heck ...
ID 32768 at the end of the error message.

Hi hRy

You can start the vm from the surebackup session log, after it failed.
Use the console on the hyperv server to check, why it doesn‘t boot up.

Also try to do a manual verification. It‘s a similar procedure as for the surebackup job.

If both tests are not helping you to finding out whats wrong, please open a support case with Veeam.

Update:
- Looks like the issue is HyperV Checkpoint related.
That‘s what I find when I‘m using google to see what the issue number could be. Veeam needs to create a checkpoint before starting an instant recovery session on a hypervisor.
