Is veeam compatible with VMM balancing?
So if a vm live migrates during a backup will the backup still complete and without vm outages?

It depends. If the VM is removed from the source host before a backup/replication jobs finishes, then I would expect some issues to happen with the finalization process of the job. Thanks!
