WHY do the F1 help references default to VMWare???
We use Hyper-V. We don't have a single byte of VMWare code anywhere on our network. The only managed servers I have configured in B&R are Hyper-V. Yet whenever I use F1 to get context sensitive help within the B&R application it shows me VMWare help and I have to manually correct it. Every. Single. Time. Please fix this.

Re: WHY do the F1 help references default to VMWare???
Hello John,
I believe that's a default behavior for "help" from backup infrastructure.
What userguide would you expect see if you had both Hyper-V and vSphere and pressed F1 being on backup repository node?
By the way, what product version are you at?

Re: WHY do the F1 help references default to VMWare???
Maybe it would be better to consolidate the two user guides into one? Many of the components are the same, and the ones that differ can just be two separate pages in one guide. It's definitely a bit confusing for those of us who have both VMWare and Hyper-V to keep everything straight.

Re: WHY do the F1 help references default to VMWare???
I will never have both Hyper-V and vSphere, so I can't speak to that. That being said, the solution proposed by @nmdange seems most logical. If that's too difficult, maybe add a setting somewhere that allows me to choose one version or the other if you can't make the decision based on what I have configured already. I would guess that the majority of installations would use one technology or the other so you should be able to choose the right version automatically in those cases.
We are using Veeam v10.

Thanks for the feedback, gents.
Both suggestions make sense for me.

Can you tell us on what exact controls you've used F1? Being executed on platform-specific controls, F1 should redirect you to platform-specific User Guide. Thanks!

Based on the screenshot OP pressed F1 being on "neutral" Backup Infrastructure pane.
