add Vcenter username format

When I add the Vcenter to the Veeam monitor, my Vcenter ( win2008 server ) is no-domain.
but the Veeam monitor prompt me to add this format( Domain\Username) as the username.
I get the problem with the error incorrect username/password.
How to solve it?

Hello Ryen,

Can you try to specify your user credentials in the following format: vCenter_Hostname\Username, should help.
