alarm code in v1 ver 11
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/one/a ... ml?ver=110, in reading that, i'm not seeing a list of the numeric codes of each alarm. We'd like to key on the alarm number for what alarm gets forwarded to the ticketing system. Is there a list of the numeric codes with a list of all possible alarms?
thanks

Hi Becki,
There is no numeric list, but can you please clarify how you're going to forward alarms to the ticketing system? Via emails or SMTP?
Thanks!

Re: alarm code in v1 ver 11
I thought in ver 10, there was. I had backup job failure listed as 1409 or something like that. The variable was %7 as in:
%7 - triggered alarm ID, which is unique for each alarm-object bundle.
does that not still exist in ver 11? thanks

and to answer your second question, i'm sending email and I'm writing a file that an existing infrastructure swings through and picks up, to sent to smart it for ticketing

Thanks for the clarification!
And here is an update on my end > there are no template IDs for alarms. The IDs you're referring to are still in place but they are unique at the time of alarm generation and represent the ID of a triggered alarm (which is always new too).

Re: alarm code in v1 ver 11
Hi Becki,
I'd like to add that the %7 variable represents a value that is unique for the alarm+affected node pair thus will be changing each time the node changes.
To achieve what you are asking for you should rely on the %1 variable (alarm name). Note that there may be alarms with identical names. For example, there are two "VM with no backup" alarms: one for Hyper-V and the other one for vSphere. The same situation might happen if you create an alarm copy with the same name as the original alarm.
Thanks
