I have an issue with data collection and reporting in Veeam One. We have recently gone from the sockets method of licensing to VUL. I was able to update the license from the GUI in Veeam One Client.
This most likely is not the issue, but I'm not sure. Data collection appears to be generating an error and I'm not sure how to resolve. WMI is running on both VBR and Veeam One server. One thing that I am curious about is encryption. We recently enabled backup job and backup copy job encryption on our jobs, and I'm not sure how Veeam One handles the change. All of our VMs - except for a handful where the job is in the process of being encrypted - are showing as unprotected, though the systems are being backed up. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
