Can i use VONE to monitor physical servers

Hi,
I am new to this System Monitoring area, my company asked me to find a monitoring tool ( free or cheaper ) to monitor our infrastructure. There are 30 servers and 6 Vms, My question is, can it be done with Veeam One ? I tried adding a server to my installed Veeam Version, where i have only two options to choose either a VM server or a Hyper-V server. Any help will be appreciated.

Could you please clarify what do you mean by saying "standalone servers"? Is is a standalone ESX(i)/Hyper-V server?

There are only few VMs, the others are physical servers with Windows 2008 OS. My intension is to monitor all the physical and VM machines.

You cannot add physical servers to Veeam ONE console, as only virtual infrastructure can be monitored. Thanks!

Our company is using Iphost Monitor for VM. It's easy to use and convenient - I'm sure it will suit your needs.

Can I generate alarms for the gears of the physical machine using veeam one? Is there any way to add physical servers?

Currently, there is no way to monitor physical machines with Veeam ONE.
