Client issue with latest version 12.2.0.4093

Hello,

We just upgraded to 12.2.0.4093. Everything seems to be ok, except the "Chart Views" in Veeam One Client. Example:

- In Virtual Infrastructure View select Performance tab on any object
- Select either CPU, Memory, Network or Disk
- Now try to change "Chart Views" - the available options are there but it is not possible to select one of the options - it always stays at the first entry

I have tried installing Client on different workstations / servers with always the same result.

Anyone else with the same issue using latest version?

Hello Michael,

I've also checked with QA and they told that no active bugs like that were found. Jorge is right, the support case should help.

I am also having this issue. Monitoring a HyperV failover cluster. Can't select anything other than the first option in the chart views.

Upgraded from 12.0.1.2591.

Hello Masoud,

The hotfix is distributed through support. Please open a support case and mention that you suspect the bug from this thread. An engineer will check everything and if this bug confirmed he or she should be able to help.

Yes Masoud,
We usually rollover the hotfixes to the next minor/major release, in this case v12.3 got a lot of great updates and hotfixes we gave for Customers in v12.2.

Keep us posted if any other issue arises.
