Collecting thread will exit due to serious error
I'm missing a lot of performance data in the Veeam Monitor. I get always the message "No data available". This Problem I have only with one vCenter. ANother vCenter works fine.
In the VeeamDCS.log I found the following Error:
"Collecting thread will exit due to serious error (The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.)"
Does someone have any idear?

Vitaly, thanks for the really fast answer. But I use in the moment only the free edition. So I think I can't contact the technical team?

Bringing this back from the dead. I have this issue and was given a FTP login to get this patch but my PW is wrong in the email instructions. Nobody is replying now for the last 4 days to my request for a new one. Can someone help me out?
