Good morning all,
When I first installed VeeamOne, I used my admin account to run the collection job, and it was working great. Now, I'm trying to change the collection job credentials to use a service account, which has the exact same rights as my admin account. However, I get the following error when trying to update the credentials - failed to login to "vcenter" by SOAP, port 443, user "account", proxy srv: port:0. Permission to perform this operation was denied.
I'm sure I'm overlooking some minor detail, so if anyone has seen this before and can lead me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

Re: Collection Job Credentials
Hi David,
Can you please confirm that you're able to use these credentials when connecting to vCenter Server via vSphere Client from this machine?
Thanks!

Re: Collection Job Credentials
No, it tells me I don't have permission to login, however the service account I'm attempting to use is a domain admin and also an admin on the vCenter server.

Re: Collection Job Credentials
I figured out the issue...the service account was not a member of the VMware admins group, which it needed to be. Thanks for your help!
