Hi Steve,
Currently you can add custom information only to the alarm`s subject. Does it work for you?
Thanks!

Re: Custom notification html body
As I mentioned the email body structure is not customizable. The only way to post custom data there is to include KB articles and type needed data in desired KBs.

Steve, can you please clarify why do you need to include your company name? Do you need to send these emails to your clients?

Re: Custom notification html body
Hi Vitaliy, i have to include some information e.g.my contact number for enterprise reasons.
Furthermore my boss has requested custom email's body because on his mobile device he wants see more compact template. He wants delete e.g. "Server:...." and the title "Veeam ONE monitor", those informations they use space for no reason.
Thanks

Hi Nikita,
Digging up the subject since got this request too.
I am looking at integrating Veeam alarms to ServiceNow, so customer is requiring customized mail content.
Apart from using KB fields or writing a script to send a customized mail, I think it would be pretty nice to be able to customize the mail body.

Good to hear this is being worked on, we find the standard alarm info section at the top to be too large and could be cleaned up a lot for our use.

Re: Custom notification html body
Can you elaborate? I only know of the 'edit template' part under server settings. But that is very restricted you can only remove a few items.
We want to remove the following:
'Veeam ONE Monitor' blue text
Blue server banner
Object type
Location
We also want to highlight certain parts in bold or another color such as the server name.
As far as I am aware none of this is possible currently, but if we had a full HTML editor option then it would easily be possible.

Re: Custom notification html body
Sure, I meant that you can configure both email subject and body.
E.g. remove [Veeam ONE Monitor] prefix, default text and variables from subject and choose if you want VM parameters and KB in email body.
What you have mentioned above is not currently configurable, but the request is valid and taken into account.
