don't miss any (email) notifications regarding vbo-alarms

Hi everyone,

I've added vbo to veeam one two months ago but I do get zero emails when any alarm/warning is triggered. I do receive "other" veeam one notifications, so it should work in general.
Any ideas? Alarms are "default" with "send email to a default group" as action...

PS: I will of course create a case if nothing seems to be obvious but maybe it's just a simple checkbox or similar...

Hello Michael,

Alarms should work out of the box. You may try to force them "manually" by changing the rule threshold.
For example, in Job disabled (Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365) set time in disabled state 1 min or similar and disable a fakie job to test. Make sure it appears in the UI.

If nothing happens, the support should help for sure.
