email notification for recurring alerts
At my company the alarms are sent to a ticket system. My problem is that I receive many email notifications in case of one error. This happens on all errors when the error exists longer. How can I prevent this globally?

Re: email notification for recurring alerts
What is the type of alarms that trigger the most noise? Are these event-based, performance-based or Veeam B&R alarms?

Ok, since these are event based, then you have an option to select how many times you would to receive the same event-based alarm for the same object which suffers from the issue. This option is called Ignore After in the alarm settings > Specify Alarm Rules and Severity
Additionally, if these events are triggered during maintenance window, then you can try to use this option too > Scheduled Alarm Suppression. Let me know if that helps!

Hello Vitaliy,
Can create this rule on object "All Alarms" with Event Name * for all events?

No, the parameter should be configured in every rule.
I believe there are not many of them which annoy you.
