Excludes from Monitoring

Post by JimKnopf »

Hi,
is it possible to exclude a disk partition from monitoring? Not a vm disk itself. Only a partition?
Because we have some swap partitions. And these are permanently full.

Hi Frank,

Yes, absolutely! Just navigate to VM summary tab, click to view all guest disks and then exclude a desired swap partition.

Hope this helps!

You should do it via VM Summary Tab which allows to choose what disks to monitor. Please note that this setting is only applied on per-VM basis.
