Getting Veeam One to alert post supression window

Hi there,

So we have Veeam One set up and I have a number of alerts suppressed due to them triggering alerts during our back up window but this morning we noticed that a VM had high CPU usage after the suppression window.

Is there a way to get Veeam to send out an alert if an alarm triggering event continues after having started during a suppression?

Let me talk to the devs about this. The alarm should be triggered if it is above the threshold after the suppression period.

What version of Veeam ONE are you using? I have just checked and alarms IS triggered after suppression period.

We're running version 8.

Are there any logs related to alerting I could look at and see what is occurring during the switch from suppression to not suppressed?

Is this alarm triggered without suppress period? In other words, does it work in your environment? Is it enabled? What are the thresholds? What are the settings of this alarm?

After creating the alarm if not suppressed it triggers.
