Install VeeamOne agent on server B&R failed logon

Hi

I have 1 server (ServerA) with Veeamone and Veeam B&r install on and another server (serverB) with only B&R on. In Veeam one i can install the agent on B&R local (ServerA) but failed on remote server (ServerB) with error : logon failure

But i can get information about the server B as repository, cpu usage, jobs

What's the probleme
Where i can see which credential is use ?

Sure, please take a look at this article and make sure a correct set of credentials is used for the second B&R server.

Have you installed the Veeam ONE Agent while adding the backup server to ONE console or in "Veeam ONE Agents" tab?
If the last, have you tried to repair/remove the agent?

Finally, with the Veeam support i installed the agent manualy on the second server and it's work. But the automatic install from VeeamOne nerver work.
