Memory usage as percentage of total configured

Post by villartae »

I installed the v.2.0 monitor to evaluate it. The VMWARE environment is a cluster of 4 ESX Hosts (v.3.02). The counter was modified so that it will only graph the memory usage as percentage. The issue I observed is that when it graphs in a cluster it is way above 100% (it's not displaying the average of the 4 hosts). This is the same problem that was observed in VMWARE VC in a cluster enviroment.

But looking on the graph of individual host, the value and the graph is more realistic.

Is there a fix to have it graph the average of 4 hosts specifcally for the memory usage percentage?

Yes, Veeam Monitor uses VC data for cluster performance. We may probably have the fix for this in next versions.

It is fixed in the next version that will be released by the end of February.
