Problem after upgrade veeam one

Hi All
today i have upgrade veeamone 7 to veeam one V7
after upgrade restart the server monitoring and business view in web (1340 , 1239) is working but in veeam one monitor is not working :(
my veeam one monitoring is not compatible of this version
and in veeam web site is not new version os Veeaem one monitor

Could elaborate from what and to what particular version you've upgraded your Veeam ONE installation?

Do you mean Veeam ONE Monitor Client? What version is it? If it is version 7 then everything should be working fine.

Hi
my firs version was 7.0.0.867 then download upgrade 7.0.0.919 file
after that when open Veeam One monitor client i see not compatible version .
then search the veeam web site but noting have it

i need Veeam Monitor Client 7.0.0.919

There is no such a thing like Monitor Client of 7.0.0.919 version, as the recent patch (R2a) doesn't affect Monitor Client at all. Therefore, the behavior you experience looks unexpected, and you'd better contact support team and let them investigate it directly.

Hi, Ali,

As I have mentioned already, the Monitor Client 7.0.919 doesn't exist, as it's not affected by the recent patch (R2a). Can you post your ticket number here, so that, I can take a look at your case?
