registered server disappear from veeam one client

Hi,

I've open case ID #00197695.
my problem is that is register 2 hyper-v 2012 servers in the veeam one client and when i restart the server one of the registered server disappear and i cannot add him backup it says that the server is already registered but it isn't there.
what do i need to do to fix this issue?
