schedule file reporting

dont work send reports by e-mail is working, as soon i switch to a file share by schedule, the files are not written..

manuel creating (create report now) on that share is working..

is there a solution ?

Hello, can you check if you can access the share from Veeam Monitor Server computer, using the Veeam Monitor service account?

hi, the vdcs service is running with my credentials... manually creating files no problem... (is the sam service i think)

i use a windows2008 server without enabled firewall.. are there known issues with the software ?
