server hardware issue but no notification by veeam one

...I realized that one of our servers is having a hardware issue (battery for raid-controller's cache) but veeam one didn't send me any notification. When I check the hardware status in veeam one I can see the errors for storage, system and battery. Is this expected or a bug?

Please check if Host hardware status alarms is enabled and if hardware sensors has changed their states to Warning/Alert/Unknown.

Nikita, alarm is enabled and hardware sensors are displaying alerts. Can I upload a screenshot?

Sure you can.

Has it been triggered, but with no email notification or it has not triggered at all?

You can either use Img HTML option or just send a link to publicly available image (dropbox, google drive, gyazo etc.)
But it's not a known bug and looks like support assistance is required.

Thanks. So yes, it looks like a bug which should be addressed by Veeam support team. Please contact them for the detailed investigation.
There was no such a known issue.
