Can Veeam ONE be used to collect SNMP traps from hosts (ESXi) or other devices?
I would love to knock out Zenoss in my enviro and replace it with Veeam ONE, but unless it's an all in one monitoring solution I'd like to stray away from it.
While Zenoss is a great all in one SIM, it's very convolved and difficult to manage. If Veeam ONE can not do this then chances are I'll migrate to Splunk or PRTG.
Thanks for any responses.

Re: SNMP Trap collector
Hello,
Currently Veeam ONE does not receive SNMP traps. Can you please tell me what info would you like to catch from ESXi hosts via SNMP?
Thank you!

Re: SNMP Trap collector
I guess there are plenty to choose from, at this point it would come down to the OID's that come from in my case a HP Proliant G6.
Basically it comes down to the MIB's provided by the manufacturer to map the OIDs to any human meaningful value. I also use Zenoss to monitor managed switches, routers and AP's and printers.
I'm gonna try PTRG now, but thanks for the response Vitaliy.

Re: SNMP Trap collector
Ok, got it. Right now we are focusing on virtual infrastructure and Veeam Backup & Replication monitoring/reporting, but thanks for your feedback.
